PART TIME: International student career advisor
Job Duties:
• Conduct mock interviews for students
• Help clients improve English speaking and interview communication skills
• Guide clients in preparing STAR-based behavioral interview answers
• Provide structured feedback on logic, clarity, confidence, and delivery
• Assist clients with interview preparation strategies and Q&A practice
Requirements:
• Responsible, proactive, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, supportive, and willing to learn
• Fluent in English (native or near-native preferred)
• Prior experience in Interview Coaching, Recruiting, HR, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiar with U.S. job interview formats and behavioral interviews
• Experience coaching international students is a plus
