WordPress/WooCommerce Support Specialist (US ONLY)
I need a WordPress/WooCommerce Support Specialist to own our ticket queue end-to-end. You'll monitor tickets as they come in, triage issues, ask smart follow-up questions, loop in our dev when needed, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. The ticket is yours, you're just getting help sometimes.
This isn't a message-passing role. You need to actually understand the WordPress/WooCommerce ecosystem well enough to diagnose problems, communicate clearly with clients, and take real ownership of outcomes.
We're remote, async, and don't micromanage. You work when and where you want. In return, you deliver.
