Attorney Needed to Review App Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer & Provide LLC Guidance
We’re building a healthcare-focused software application that functions as a clinician support/clinical decision-support tool, and we’re looking for an experienced attorney to review and refine our legal foundation.
Specifically, we need legal review and guidance around our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, ensuring they accurately reflect the app’s role as a support tool for clinicians (not a replacement for clinical judgment) and are aligned with best practices for SaaS and healthcare-adjacent products. We’re also seeking general guidance for our LLC, including risk considerations as we scale.
