Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google, monitoring performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI. This is a great opportunity for someone analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns through data.BenefitsWork From HomePerformance, Attendance, and Referral BonusesPaid Holidays and Time OffHealth CardWhat You'll DoLaunch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (including A/B testing of ads and ad sets).Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs, making data-driven adjustments.Build and maintain reports in Google Sheets/Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and charts.Troubleshoot and track common challenges in Meta & Google ads campaigns.Test and roll out new ad copy, creatives, and assets for new products or services.Collaborate with marketing teams to collect and organize ad content, assets, and copy.Proactively share insights, recommendations, and performance analysis with clients.Communicate daily with clients via Slack/IM, email, and video calls.What We're Looking For3+ years of Meta Ads experience (end-to-end campaign management & optimization).1+ year of Google Ads experience (Search, PMax Shopping, YouTube).Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, etc.).Proven ability to monitor and adjust budgets across campaigns (daily/weekly/monthly).Advanced reporting skills in Excel/Google Sheets (trend tracking & real-time reporting).Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Prior success working with U.S.-based clients.Ability to work PST or overlapping CST/EST hours.Analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.Nice to HaveAgency or multi-brand experience.E-commerce / DTC background.TikTok Ads experience.Grow IntoConduct deeper creative performance analysis and share recommendations.Lead testing initiatives across new ad channels.Provide strategic insights on scaling and budget optimization.We're looking for someone proactive, analytical, and results-focused who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning data into strategy.
