Client Service Analyst III
Job Description:
• Work on client relationships ensuring excellent client service
• Manage a book of clients handling Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs)
• Execute day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to clients
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language
• Set up payment calculations in various systems
• Reconcile periodic collateral data
• Compile payment and tax reports
• Coordinate with operations teams for correct payments
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals
• Participate in new client proposals
• Lead business-related projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of related experience or similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
