Looking for Trademark Attorney to respond to USPTO Final Action
Hello
I have a Final Office Action from USPTO.
Its a simple trademark for a brand name. I have replied several times with my argument but they keep coming back saying there is likely confusion. Which I don't agree with.
Looking for a lawyer to reply with a response they will accept.
