Sr Resiliency Anlyst

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resiliency Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or at a designated site, supporting enterprise disaster recovery initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance disaster recovery plans for critical applications and infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate disaster recovery requirements. • Analyze interdependencies between applications and platforms to determine recovery needs. • Support disaster recovery testing, documentation, and program improvements. • Contribute to the design of disaster recovery technologies and cloud-based recovery strategies. • Assist in coordination and documentation during actual disaster events. • Refine disaster recovery processes, guidelines, and program documentation. Skills • 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on disaster recovery. • Strong knowledge of UNIX, Windows, application, web, database technologies, storage, and cloud environments. • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training/certification. Preferred Skills • Experience in large enterprises or regulated industries. • Familiarity with cloud recovery solutions (AWS, Azure). • Relevant disaster recovery or business continuity certifications (e.g., ITIL, CBCP, DRII).
