Director, Strategy Advancement

Job Description: • Leads initiatives to address complex business challenges, support strategic planning, and drive innovation and process improvement • Partners with subject matter experts across functions to deliver actionable insights and recommendations • Develops and implements new tools and technologies (e.g., AI, API‑based data sourcing) to improve efficiency, profitability, and research quality • Oversees maintenance and optimization of research tools, including statistical software, literature repositories, AI tools for research, and various project and activities tracking systems • In collaboration with AVP of Humana Healthcare Research and Enterprise Finance team, co-manages HHR's P&L responsibilities • Ensures that policies and procedures align with HHR's vision • Coordinates services such as medical writing, project management, and legal support to enable successful research delivery • Directs and manages the Shared Services team to support research operations across diverse research groups Requirements: • Master's Degree • 8 or more years of technical experience including research or research operations, analytics, data management, information technology, or finance • Experience with identifying and implementing technology capabilities in large organizations • 3+ years of management experience • Strong operational leadership and project management skills • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster collaboration across teams • Experience with P&L responsibilities or budget management responsibilities Benefits: • medical, dental and vision benefits • 401(k) retirement savings plan • time off (including paid time off, company and personal holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental and caregiver leave) • short-term and long-term disability • life insurance • many other opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
