I am seeking an experienced business mentor or startup coach to support the launch of my small video services business, BD Video. I need guidance on my current research, budget and expenses, key steps to launch, and practical advice on my prospecting plan and a sales process I can start using immediately.
I have an in-process business plan and a 300+ page research document covering market research, competitors, services, and notes. I will provide a prioritized “Must Read” list and specific questions, but I want you to at least skim all sections so you can advise me in context.
