The role involves producing creditworthiness assessments and documenting findings to enhance AI understanding of credit risk. Responsibilities • Evaluate and interpret credit data, borrower profiles, and financial statements for AI training purposes • Produce accurate creditworthiness assessments using real-world credit analysis frameworks • Document findings in clear, structured written formats to improve AI understanding of credit risk • Identify financial risks, trends, inconsistencies, and key red flags within datasets • Provide expert feedback on AI-generated credit evaluations and recommend improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training materials and evaluation standards • Support the development of reusable credit analysis scenarios, benchmarks, and scoring guidelines Skills • Proven experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or a related finance role • Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and credit information • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail • Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to produce accurate, well-structured documentation in a remote environment • Comfortable using technology and adapting quickly to new digital tools • Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently in a virtual setting Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
