Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience with arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation
  • Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Providing routing, travel planning, and gate boarding assistance to customers

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and you can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority.

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Basic digital literacy
  • Able to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Able to pass a Customer Service Assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
