We're now seeking an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us build on our success.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in our new North American contact center in Tempe, Arizona. As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering premium customer service to our consumers through phone calls, emails, and live chat. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound consumer contacts in a lively, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging way, using phone calls, email, and live chat.
  • Read, write, and speak in French at a professional (fluent) working proficiency, engaging in both verbal and written communication.
  • Use technology to help consumers, including Salesforce, the internet, digital knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide excellent service to each consumer, even in high-volume situations, and agree to the planned schedule, including breaks, shift start times, and shift end times.
  • Represent the arenaflex brand through our outstanding tone of voice and agree to our confidentiality agreement.
  • Meet performance expectations, including post-contact survey results and daily efficiency, and work on key company holidays, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Confidence to make your own judgments about what's right for your consumer.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Comfort with virtual assessments, access to a secure Wi-Fi network, and a private space to work remotely.
  • A strong understanding of French language and culture, with the ability to communicate fluently in French.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of contacts.
  • A strong understanding of the arenaflex brand and our products.
