Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing payment history and notes, and clearly communicating account statuses to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Recommending appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements that meet their needs
  • Promptly reporting and referring sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader, ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Documenting all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. You should have a High School Diploma, as well as the ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute. Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environments is highly desirable, as are strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

In addition to these technical skills, you should have a demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, supporting our high volume of inbound calls, and excellent attention to detail. You should be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel, and able to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
