About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for taking inbound customer service calls from potential and current customers of our leading legal services provider. Our legal services provider offers customers the unique ability to consult with an attorney on any legal matter, at any time, without the burden of high hourly costs. Your role will involve speaking directly with potential and current members to address questions about their billing and payment, services offered, and any other issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional inbound customer service, ensuring a great customer experience with every interaction
  • Address customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, services, and other related issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets and call handling times
  • Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality at all times, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Utilize intermediate to advanced computer skills to navigate our systems and provide efficient support to customers

Shift Options

We offer a range of shift options to suit your lifestyle and preferences. Our full-time and part-time shifts are designed to provide flexibility and work-life balance. The available shifts are:

  • Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday to Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
  • Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday and Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am, and Friday to Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
  • Part-Time Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Windows 10 and ability to navigate our systems
  • A background check will be required as part of the hiring process

Required Equipment

To perform this role, you will need:

  • A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
