As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. **Job Overview:** The Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control (QC) personnel at arenaflex are responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This full-time, remote position is located in the United States and requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the QC team to ensure the accuracy and quality of documentation * Develop and maintain a high level of proficiency in internal systems and software * Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams **Qualifications:** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Type 40-50 WPM or higher * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
