Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized plans and estimates for our services
  • Schedule services and manage customer appointments efficiently
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide timely and informative reports to management, highlighting customer trends and sales opportunities
  • Make outbound calls to customers and staff, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including pricing, features, and availability
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting, resolving issues promptly and effectively

  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pest control industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, with a certification in a related field (e.g., CSP, CSS)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for:
