Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Advising clients by telephone of the status of claims inquiries, keeping them informed and up-to-date on the progress of their claims

Requirements for Success

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are highly desirable, although not essential
  • Candidates must be located within proximity to the Allentown office, with full-time bilingual and part-time positions available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience working with PMA Claims Systems, or similar claims management software
