About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-centric Live Chat Assistant who can provide exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information that addresses their concerns and needs.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of arenaflex services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible assistance.
- Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to help us improve our services and customer experience.
- Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our customer support services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational level would be a significant plus, particularly in a field related to environmental services, industrial hygiene, or a similar discipline.
