Job Overview: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for addressing incoming inquiries from NYC residents, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues, providing accurate and timely information
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers, delivering services with courtesy, patience, and empathy
  • Create work orders, dispatch work to specific departments, respond to routine questions, and take and report complaints from customers
  • Provide accurate information in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action, ensuring seamless resolution of customer issues
  • Build upon knowledge through product training, interactions with support staff, and quality feedback, enhancing daily performance and call handling

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (working directly with customers, solving problems); Associate degree, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be able to work onsite only at our Brooklyn, NY location
  • Bilingual in Spanish with a strong command of the English Language, able to assist customers in both English and Spanish (training will be in English)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • High level of computer proficiency and strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, dealing with all types of customers and personalities, and willing to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Bilingual only $18-19 per hour– After Training Wage (based on shift selection) + earn weekly attendance/performance bonuses
