**Experienced Data Entry Technician (Remote) – Customs Brokerage Team**

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system * Understand and identify customs documentation * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct * Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics **Qualifications** * Associates or Bachelors Degree * Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical * Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong organizational and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customs brokerage or a related field * Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
