**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and finding solutions to their problems.
* Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
* Providing customers with information about our service standards and ensuring that they are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer complaints and inquiries.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
