Role Overview

In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for Amazon, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our client and internal stakeholders. As an extension of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for proactive management of orders, troubleshooting supply chain issues, and optimizing service to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as case fill and orders on time in full. Your expertise will be crucial in anticipating product availability, managing discontinued products, and introducing new innovations to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a direct point of contact for Amazon's customer service team, understanding their needs and strengthening the relationship between arenaflex and our client
  • Maintain clear, professional, and concise communication with Amazon representatives and internal stakeholders, including the arenaflex Key Account team and Supply Chain team
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and minimize delays
  • Act with urgency to meet deadlines, ensuring order processing activities are completed efficiently to prevent order delivery delays
  • Ensure accuracy and detail orientation in all workflows to maintain process execution consistency and provide a streamlined customer experience
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve workflows and enhance the overall customer experience, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, to ensure the highest level of service quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of relatable Customer Service experience, preferably in a customer service or client-facing role with Amazon or in a similar e-commerce environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly and concisely
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges and a willingness to think outside the box
  • Previous experience working with an ERP system (such as Netsuite) to access supply chain data, and experience using a CRM system and other customer support tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, with a high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges, and a deep comfort working in a remote role as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with Amazon or in a similar e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, with experience in optimizing service and minimizing delays
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and improving service quality
  • Certifications or training in customer service, supply chain management, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
