**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their travel journey. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide friendly and personalized support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
* Utilize arenaflex's modernized retail location framework to handle customer transactions, including tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and accurate support to customers
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including meeting customer satisfaction targets and resolving customer complaints
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
* Proficiency in arenaflex's modernized retail location framework and other relevant software systems

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
