Our mission is to exceed customer expectations, build lasting relationships, and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, stores, and associates. **Key Responsibilities** As a Team Leader in our Work From Home Data Entry and Customer Service Operations team, you will be responsible for: * Encouraging excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and associates * Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development * Building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics * Exceeding customer needs by being punctual, reliable, embracing change, acting with integrity, and making a difference * Collaborating with other teams to drive results and improve performance * Identifying and addressing areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and measuring their impact * Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or team leadership role * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address areas for improvement * Experience with technology, including CRM systems, data entry software, and other digital tools * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment * Knowledge of data entry software, CRM systems, and other digital tools * Experience with coaching, training, and development programs * Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to build rapport with team members and customers * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry software, CRM systems, and other digital tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe that our associates are the driving force behind our success.
