**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our customers have a seamless experience
