**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Guest Relations Specialist – Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* **GUEST RELATIONS:**
+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or chat
+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional customer service
+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
* **COMPANY TASKS:**
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
+ Work with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management
+ Assist with business financials/accounting and onboard accounting systems
* **Technical Requirements:**
+ Proficient in Guesty and/or HostAI
+ Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand
+ Deep familiarity with ChatGPT
+ Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors
+ Experience with reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
* Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield is a plus
* Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting
* Experience with reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered guest messaging
**Skills and Competencies:**

**Note:**
This is a part-time, temporary position starting in mid-October for 3 months, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025.
