As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team of Amazon experts who are dedicated to providing top-notch customer support, creating engaging content, and driving business growth.
**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. You'll be working with a team of customer experience agents to ensure that our clients' portfolios are covered 24/7, and you'll need to possess strong communication and organization skills to ensure efficient and effective handoffs between team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide white-glove service to customers across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
* Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients
* Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads
* Collaborate with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients with their needs
* Effortlessly collaborate with all arenaflex team members
* Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game
* Be willing to work flexible hours, handle fires, and learn new technologies/marketing techniques when required for growth
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
* Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
* Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
* Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
* Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast-growing company
* Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform is preferred
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
* Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the ecommerce industry
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon TOS
* Knowledge of online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
* Experience with project management tools like Wrike
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
