Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma or GED and have experience in customer service or call centers, although various experience will be considered. Fluency in English is required, and bilingual candidates (Spanish or French) are highly valued, with a pay differential of $0.75 per hour. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
