Join us in shaping Harbour’s future through strategic leadership and insight.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>Lead the development of Harbour’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across commercial, financial, operational, and geopolitical dimensions. Drive portfolio optimisation, market intelligence, and long-term investment planning to support sustainable value creation.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and refine strategy across upstream and energy transition (CCS) activities.</li><li>Analyse industry trends, macroeconomic and geopolitical factors to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Oversee competitor analysis and market intelligence.</li><li>Support business planning, investor communications, and capital market updates.</li><li>Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend optimisation or divestment strategies.</li><li>Contribute to M&A screening and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Represent Harbour at industry events and with key stakeholders.</li><li>Lead special projects and prepare strategic briefings for senior leadership.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.</li><li>Extensive strategy or corporate development experience in upstream oil & gas.</li><li>Strong understanding of E&P economics, energy transition, and capital markets.</li><li>Proven track record in portfolio management and strategic planning.</li><li>Global experience and familiarity with ESG frameworks are a plus.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Skills & Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.</li><li>Excellent communicator across technical and executive audiences.</li><li>Comfortable representing the company externally.</li><li>High integrity, sound judgment, and collaborative mindset.</li></ul><p></p></div></div>
