Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
• Manage complex customer orders, assemble parcels, and prepare goods for shipping
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and procedures
• Process financial transactions, handle cash and make change, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field

• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and lift up to 55 pounds
