About the Role

As a Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the ultimate goal of selling coaching programs on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve this objective. Your day-to-day activities will include initiating new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales, as well as managing daily communication tasks.

  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess an Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level of English, as well as a strong desire to work in a sales role with a stable income in USD. You must also have a fully functional desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) is required, and you must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level of English
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
  • Strong desire to work in a sales role with a stable income in USD
  • Fully functional desktop or laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends)
  • Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Your earnings will depend on your hourly rate, commissions, and bonuses, with average performance levels ranging from $600-$1,200 per month, good performance levels ranging from $1,200-$2,000 per month, and excellent performance levels ranging from $2,000-$3,000+ per month.
