Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management. Your excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will be essential in communicating directly with clients, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives, including setup, strategy, and ongoing optimization
- Assist with Google Ads management, including setup, optimization, and reporting
- Provide exceptional customer support through our Basecamp project management system, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visual content on Canva or similar platforms
- Perform general administrative tasks, including report preparation, SEO blog proofreading and editing, and lead generation and follow-up
- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to the growth and development of the company
Essential Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of ad campaign management and optimization
- Google Ads experience, with Google Certification an advantage
- Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems
- Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Basecamp and Hubstaff
- Google Analytics certification
