**Job Summary**

* Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and data
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
**Requirements**
