**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promote arenaflex's products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Bilingual language skills a plus in some locations
* Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check (if required by local authorities)
* Ability to work in a secure environment and obtain necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
