Job Overview

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers daily, and identifying those who may be eligible for our services. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in building trust and rapport with our clients, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in our services through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for potential compensation
  • Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers daily, and identifying 1-5 potential qualifiers
  • Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional support and service
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs, improving retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and driving business growth
  • Utilize phone software (VICI), our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately to ensure seamless and effective communication
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience. Additionally, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Use a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432)
  • Have 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience, with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Additionally, you will be eligible for:

  • Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage
  • Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Eligible for overtime outside of training period

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday-8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
