<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12px;">Our client is looking for a strategic, data-informed E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist to lead<br>digital merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for our rapidly growing DTC<br>channel. This role owns the way customers discover, explore, and engage with our products<br>online—from homepage strategy to product detail page experience.<br><br>You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Marketing, and UX teams to create high-<br>impact merchandising strategies that not only tell our story but measurably increase conversion,<br>reduce friction, and drive revenue.<br><br>This role blends creative merchandising expertise with analytical thinking, UX awareness, and a<br>continuous optimization mindset—ideal for someone passionate about both storytelling and<br>performance.</span><br><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Merchandising Strategy & Execution</strong></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Lead end-to-end merchandising strategy across homepage, collection, and</span> <span style="font-size:12px;">PDPs—ensuring alignment with business goals, campaign narratives, and seasonality.</span> </li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Own site taxonomy, navigation, filters, and product organization to maximize findability </span><span style="font-size:12px;">and elevate the path-to-purchase.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Manage product lifecycle online, including SKU setup, enrichment, categorization, cross-</span><span style="font-size:12px;">sells/upsells, and asset management.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Coordinate merchandising for seasonal launches, sitewide promos, and new product</span> <span style="font-size:12px;">rollouts with flawless execution.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)</strong></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Develop and execute CRO strategies across site funnels using insights from tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics.</span></li><li>Partner with UX and Marketing to identify friction points and lead A/B and multivariate <span style="font-size:12px;">tests focused on improving conversion, bounce, engagement, and average order value.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Drive personalization and recommendation strategies leveraging platforms such as </span>Dynamic Yield, Nosto, Bloomreach, etc.</li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Track and report on performance of tests, product placements, content updates, and </span>layout changes—turning insights into clear action plans.</li></ul><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership & Quality Control</strong></span><ul><li>Work with Creative and Content teams to ensure merchandising assets are consistent with brand standards and support the user journey.</li><li>Conduct regular QA/UAT to maintain accuracy of content, product data, SEO tags, and technical functionality across mobile and desktop.</li><li>Champion ongoing optimization of merchandising and CRO playbooks, establishing scalable best practices for future growth.</li></ul><br><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">What We’re Looking For</span></strong><ul><li>4–6 years of eCommerce site merchandising and/or CRO experience, preferably with a digitally native or DTC brand.</li><li>Strong command of Shopify Plus (or comparable CMS/PIM), and proficiency with testing and analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely.</li><li>Deep understanding of digital shopping behavior, funnel optimization, UX principles, and data interpretation.</li><li>Experience working with personalization engines and merchandising automation tools (e.g., Nosto, Dynamic Yield).</li><li>High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>Passion for creating elegant, high-converting digital experiences backed by performance data.</li></ul><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">Compensation & Benefits</span></strong><ul><li>Estimated salary range: $76,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience.</li></ul>
