This role is based in San Francisco with remote work options available.
Compensation:
$208,592—$429,454/year
Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to improve model architectures and resource utilization.
• Set technical direction based on company priorities.
• Coach and develop team talent.
Requirements:
• Experience managing platform engineering teams.
• Experience with large-scale distributed serving systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML inference technologies (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Tech stack:
C++, TorchScript, CUDA, Kubernetes.
