Cognizant is seeking an IBM Integration Architect to design and implement integration solutions using IBM technology and modern integration patterns. The role involves leading systems integration projects, designing REST APIs, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software products. Responsibilities • Design REST APIs for seamless integration and developer experience • Lead systems integration projects ensuring scalability and reliability • Collaborate across teams to deliver superior software products using Agile methodologies • Analyze requirements and provide accurate estimations for complex systems • Implement distributed computing architectures addressing concurrency and parallelism Skills • IBM Integration architecture experience including design and solid experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and API • Extensive experience in systems integration and REST API design • Strong knowledge of modern languages and frameworks (Java, JavaScript, Node.js) • Expertise in distributed computing architectures • Familiarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies • Proven ability to thrive in customer-facing environments, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service • Skill managing both onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery • Experience with IBM technology stack (APIc, IIB, eXtreme Scale) • Knowledge of Kafka or similar streaming technologies • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices • Experience with SAFe principles • Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL databases Benefits • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance • Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off • 401(k) plan and contributions • Long-term/Short-term Disability • Employee Stock Purchase Plan Company Overview • Cognizant is a professional services company that helps clients alter their business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
