Databricks Engineer (Remote CST Preferred) Location: Remote (CST preferred) Duration: 6 12 Months Contract Openings: 4 Start Date: ASAP < data-start="324" data-end="346">Role Overview We are seeking hands-on Databricks Engineers to support a large-scale Healthcare Quality Analytics initiative. This role is heavily focused on building Databricks pipelines, modernizing legacy SQL/stored procedures, and contributing through code reviews and pair programming to help elevate overall team capability. This is an engineering-first role (not architecture-only). < data-start="748" data-end="777">Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Databricks data pipelines • Migrate legacy SQL and stored procedures into Databricks • Develop ETL / ELT workflows using PySpark and SQL • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with cross-functional data and analytics teams • Follow best practices for version control and CI/CD < data-start="1150" data-end="1174">Required Skills • Strong hands-on Databricks experience • Python, Spark / PySpark • Advanced SQL (including stored procedures) • ETL / ELT pipeline development • GitHub or Bitbucket • 5+ years of overall experience (flexible) • Comfortable in an 80 100% hands-on engineering role < data-start="1462" data-end="1483">Nice to Have • Databricks certification • Healthcare / CMS / Medicare domain experience Apply to this job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
