Position Overview Join our Product team as a Project Manager - Partnerships and AI and play a critical role in driving the strategic and operational initiatives key to scaling the Ceresti business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes across various critical domains. In this role, you will help translate emerging AI capabilities and strategic partnerships into executable programs, ensuring AI initiatives move from concept to production and deliver measurable business and operational impact. This is a role suited for a hands-on project manager who thrives at the intersection of AI, partnerships, and operations, and who takes pride in driving complex initiatives from idea to launch in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. Responsibilities • Manage and lead cross-functional projects spanning product development, partnerships, AI, software integrations, and operational process optimization. • Manage and coordinate projects with external partners, vendors, and platforms to integrate AI capabilities and shared solutions into Ceresti's products and operations. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, product, and software engineering teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project execution. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and success criteria. • Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies, developing and executing mitigation strategies as needed. • Facilitate clear, consistent communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment. • Drive accountability for project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across all initiatives. • Support responsible AI implementation by coordinating requirements around data readiness, privacy, security, and operational workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices within the Product team. Required Qualifications Education • BS/BA degree or higher. Experience • 3+ years of experience in project management or equivalent, specifically managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders. • Proven experience managing projects in several of the following areas: product development, technical integrations, new product launches, operational process improvements, AI, or analytics. • Experience managing projects involving AI, machine learning, automation, or data-driven systems, from planning through production rollout. • Experience working in a technology or healthcare-related field is highly desirable. • Familiarity with software development and technical integrations. • Familiarity with project management tools, software, and methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of how project management supports business scaling and growth. Skills • Reliable, persistent and results-oriented. • Easy to get along with; able to work with a team. • Comfortable working with modern AI platforms, vendor tools, and data pipelines in collaboration with technical teams. • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity. • Consistently transparent, courageous, and enthusiastic. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Must be able to pass a background check.
