As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive community. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and sustaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making * Creating dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights * Developing and maintaining records quality specifications and management to ensure data integrity and accessibility * Creating new data pipelines from resource devices to the Data Warehouse * Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting requirements * Producing, maintaining, and establishing scalable data pipelines and data construction * Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI * Helping automate existing business functions and boost exception-based reporting * Partnering with IT and bachelor's degrees to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining) * Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable results * Validating data for formality by verifying against requirements * Researching data errors and remediate poor data * Participating in the Data Governance course by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods * Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing reviews to team leaders on trends that require attention **Essential Qualifications:** * 2 years of experience performing comprehensive data analysis * Strong experience working with Power BI, including: + Handling different disclosing objects like Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Area, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. + Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code * Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL to create files and analytics * Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations * Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures * Problem-solving with statistical evaluation and large data collections highly preferable * Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query * Experience with Smartsheets **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines * Experience working in a remote team environment * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the industry * Flexible remote work arrangement * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Comprehensive training and support **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced data analyst looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
