**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and helping them with a range of needs, including account maintenance, withdrawals, and loans. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry, and you'll be part of a supportive team that's dedicated to helping our customers achieve their financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions and helping them with a range of needs
* Assist with account maintenance, withdrawals, and loans
* Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and needs
* Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in our products and services
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

* Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
* Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward others to support the challenges of our diverse customers

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
* High School diploma or GED required

**Shifts and Hours**
* Monday – Friday
* Training hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm EST and post-training must be able to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 8:30am – Midnight EST

**Work Environment and Culture**
