**Responsibilities**
As a Manager of Customer Experience Strategy, you'll be responsible for:
* **Staying ahead of the curve**: Stay abreast of external developments to identify opportunities and threats in competitive and market intelligence. This includes analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform our business strategy.
* **Developing insights and solutions**: Leverage internal and external research to develop compelling documents for executive audiences. This includes creating presentations, reports, and other materials that communicate insights and strategies to senior leadership.
* **Addressing business problems**: Structure issues and prioritize analyses during the planning process to drive business outcomes. This includes identifying business problems, developing solutions, and implementing changes to improve customer experiences.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience**: You'll have a proven track record of developing and executing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.
* **Strong skills in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and strategic problem solving**: You'll have a solid understanding of data analysis, market research, and strategic thinking to inform business decisions.
* **Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership**: You'll be able to create compelling presentations and communicate complex ideas to executive audiences.
* **Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functionally**: You'll be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage conflicts, and drive collaboration across teams.
