If you're a natural leader with a friendly demeanor, a passion for retail, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Overview** As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, motivating and encouraging associates to provide exceptional customer service, and ensuring a customer-first focus is always top of mind. You'll work closely with our Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to drive improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. Your role will be to create a positive shopping experience for our customers, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** • **Lead by Example**: Model arenaflex's company core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards, inspiring our associates to do the same. • **Drive Customer Satisfaction**: Maintain a customer-first focus, delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism. • **Maintain a Clean and Organized Store**: Troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions, ensuring a neat and orderly front-end area. • **Coordinate Schedules and Breaks**: Coordinate meal and break periods, monitor schedule adherence, and ensure seamless store operations. • **Proactively Solve Problems**: Interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
