Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer engagement team in creating unforgettable experiences for customers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, using data-driven insights and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience, providing personalized support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience, working closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that the team is equipped to provide world-class support to our customers.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of customer events and promotions, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
