About the Role

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients. Your primary objective will be to convert these conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.

  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, facilitating seamless communication between customers and our clients.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are properly documented and followed up on.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients refine their strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not a strict requirement.
