About the Role

We are looking for a full-time, part-time, or contract medical billing team member who is experienced in using Eclinicalworks and has a strong foundation in medical billing principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. As a team player, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of medical claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry, auditing, and charge entry using Eclinicalworks
• Rejections and denials management, including researching and resolving issues
• Payment posting and aging reimbursement
• Communicating with insurance provider representatives and navigating their websites
• Software knowledge: Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, Practice Fusion
• Coding knowledge: Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, Wound Care

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Experience with Eclinicalworks (mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in Eclinicalworks (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medical billing principles, including data entry, auditing, and charge entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation and Benefits
