About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, Congress to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. In this role, you will drive strategic business initiatives and optimize the way we do business with key client accounts, focusing on areas such as account strategy, innovation, financial performance, business development, and client retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Own arenaflex's relationship with key life science customers, ensuring strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage internal and external financials, ensuring accurate communication of budgets to clients while maintaining arenaflex's profitability.
  • Be responsible for contract negotiation, management, renewals, and expansions, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversee the stakeholder engagement strategy for the account, including determining key messaging and partnering with operations to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Support business development opportunities in partnership with our Sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Essential Qualifications
