About the Role

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our client's users. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize user satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for users, responding to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets, and assigning work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, utilizing expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets, providing timely and effective solutions to user inquiries and concerns
  • Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure, ensuring seamless issue resolution and minimal downtime
  • Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them in restoring normal operation of services, minimizing the impact of IT failures on business and activities
  • Activate the Support Analyst in case remote guidance is not successful, register and archive calls, and maintain performance records for control and evaluation
  • Summarize services and consequences in a spreadsheet on a monthly basis, providing valuable insights for superior consideration and process improvement
  • Perform other duties related to the position, as discretion of the superior, to ensure exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and support teams
  • Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user network issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow through on issues to closure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking fundamentals, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools and technologies, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to resolve user issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical problems

Work Schedule

The successful candidate will be required to work a standard schedule of:

  • Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo
  • 48 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed to ensure seamless customer support
