[Remote] Tax Notice Resolution Expert (EA, CPA, Attorney)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elevate Digital is seeking a credentialed tax notice resolution expert to help eradicate a large backlog of agency notices. The role requires expertise in tax compliance and resolution, with a focus on coordinating with tax authorities to resolve outstanding notices.
Skills
• Must be an Enrolled Agent (EA), a licensed CPA, or Attorney with tax expertise
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in employment tax filing and notice resolution
• Proven coordination with federal, state, and local tax authorities to resolve outstanding and recurring notices
• Strong documentation, root‑cause analysis, and communication skills
• Ability to identify and document root causes of notice issues and provide solutions
• Expertise with corporate tax law and compliance best practices
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to resolve notices
• Ninja Notice experience is a HUGE plus
